1. The short version

  • We collect what we need to run your HustlePage: your Google account basics, what you post, and the settings you choose.
  • We don't sell or share your personal information, we don't show ads, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Visitor statistics are cookieless and never store raw IP addresses.
  • You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

2. Who we are

HustlePage (“HustlePage”, “we”, “us”) is an independently operated website at hustle.page. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email support@hustle.page — there is one inbox for everything, including privacy.

3. Information we collect

Account information from Google

You sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us (we request only the basic openid, email and profile permissions), along with the sign-in credentials Google issues for your account. We never see your Google password and can't access your Gmail, contacts or other Google data.

What you create

Your handle, display name, avatar, banner, bio and social links; your projects, posts, images, comments, reactions, stars, follows and blocks; reports and review requests you submit; and your settings (for example privacy, email and theme preferences).

Sign-in sessions

When you sign in we create a session that records the IP address and browser (user agent) it was started from. We keep this purely to protect your account — for example to recognise your sessions and investigate suspicious access. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics, and it is kept only while the session is valid (sessions expire after a period of inactivity) and deleted when you sign out or delete your account.

Country and source at sign-up

When you create an account we record the country your connection comes from (a two-letter country code derived by our hosting provider; the IP address itself is not stored with it). We also record the first campaign link (for example one of our ads) or other website that brought you to HustlePage, and the page it led to. We use both only for aggregate statistics about where our members are and how they find us, and both are included in your data export.

Page-view statistics

When anyone visits a public profile, project or post, we record an anonymous page view so creators can see how their pages are doing. We record the same kind of page view on our home page, to see how people find HustlePage. A page view contains the page, the referring site, approximate location (country and city), device type, browser and operating system, and a visitor identifier. The identifier is a one-way hash of the IP address and user agent combined with a random key that changes every day; the key is deleted once the day is over, so identifiers can't be linked across days or turned back into an IP address. A second hash of the IP address alone, with the same daily key, limits how many page views one network can record in a day, so floods of fake visits can't distort the statistics; it expires with the key in the same way. We do not store the IP address, and this does not use cookies or similar storage. Creators only ever see totals and breakdowns — never who visited.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for overall site traffic and performance. It is cookieless, does not use local storage and does not fingerprint visitors.

Payments

Premium is sold through our payment provider (see Service providers), which collects your payment details and billing information directly. We never receive or store your card number. We store only what we need to give you Premium: the provider's customer, subscription and order IDs, your plan and billing interval, the subscription status and the current billing period.

Emails and support

We keep a record of the emails we send you (type, subject, delivery status) so we don't send duplicates, and your email preferences. If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you.

Safety and technical records

We keep records of content moderation decisions, reports, review requests and actions taken by our team, usage counters used for rate limits, and error reports and server logs needed to keep the service working (see How we use information).

4. What is public

Your profile and your public projects are visible to everyone on the internet, including people who aren't signed in, and may be indexed by search engines: your profile (handle, name, avatar, banner, bio, social links), your public projects, their posts and images, your comments, and reaction and star counts. Your follower and following lists are public unless you hide them in Settings → Privacy. Your email address is never shown.

  • Private projects and their posts are visible only to you within HustlePage. Images are served from direct links, so anyone who obtains the link to an image file could open it — don't upload anything you couldn't accept being seen.
  • Search visibility: you can turn off appearing in HustlePage search in Settings → Privacy. Direct links keep working, and this setting does not control external search engines.
  • Anything you post publicly can be copied or shared by others before you remove it, and search engines may show cached copies for a while.

5. How we use information

  • To provide HustlePage — your account, pages, feed, notifications, search and Premium features.
  • To keep the community safe — text and images you submit (including in private projects) are checked automatically by moderation services before or shortly after they are published, and may be reviewed by our team when reported or when you request a manual review. When an image is blocked, we keep a restricted copy as evidence so a review request can be decided fairly.
  • To prevent abuse — rate limits, spam prevention and enforcing our Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • To show creators their statistics — aggregated page-view numbers, as described above.
  • To understand how people find HustlePage — aggregate counts of sign-ups by country and sign-up source, as described above.
  • To email you — essential messages about your account, security, deletion, subscription or enforcement (these can't be turned off), plus a welcome email and reminders such as an expiring short handle, which you can turn off. We don't send marketing newsletters.
  • To fix problems — error monitoring and logs, which identify you only by your internal user ID; emails, IP addresses and tokens are masked before errors are reported.
  • To comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.

We don't use your content to train AI models, we don't build advertising profiles, and we don't make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means — automated moderation can block or hide content and temporarily limit an account that repeatedly or seriously breaks the rules, and you can always ask a person to review it. Accounts are never banned automatically.

7. Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, only to run HustlePage:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security, image storage, AI text moderation (Workers AI), email delivery, and web analytics.
  • Neon — our database.
  • Google — sign-in.
  • Sightengine — automated image moderation (images you upload are sent for analysis).
  • Sentry — error monitoring (internal user ID and masked technical details only).
  • Creem — our current payment provider and merchant of record. Creem is the seller of Premium subscriptions, processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy, and sends receipts and invoices. If we add or change payment providers we will update this list.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger or transfer of the service (in which case this policy would continue to apply or you would be notified).

8. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework the provider participates in.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and nothing on the site is shared with ad networks. We only use storage that is necessary for the site to work, to remember a choice you made, or to note how you found us:

  • Sign-in cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived cookies that protect the Google sign-in step. Strictly necessary.
  • Visit source cookie — if you arrive through a campaign link or from another website, a first-party cookie notes that link's campaign details or that website's domain, and the page it led to, so we can count sign-ups by source (see Country and source at sign-up). It holds nothing else, is never sent to anyone but us, and is deleted once you sign in or after 30 days.
  • Local storage in your browser — your theme (light / dark), unsent post drafts, a marker for showing new posts in your feed, and a handle you entered on the home page until you finish signing up. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us as tracking data.

If we ever add a service that sets other cookies, we will update this section first and ask for consent where required.

10. How long we keep information

  • Your account and content — until you delete them. Deleting a post or comment removes it from HustlePage straight away; image files you uploaded may remain reachable at their direct link until your account is deleted.
  • Sign-in sessions — while the session is valid; deleted when you sign out, when the session expires, or when you delete your account.
  • Raw page-view records — 90 days. Daily totals derived from them are kept, but contain no personal information.
  • Moderation records and evidence copies of blocked images — until your account is deleted.
  • Error reports and server logs — for a limited period, normally days to weeks.
  • After account deletion, we keep only: a record of actions our team took on accounts and content (to handle disputes and repeat abuse); for accounts banned for violations, a one-way hash of the email address so the same email can't sign up again; your former handle on its own for 30 days, so nobody else can take it over straight away; and payment-event records without personal details for up to 90 days. Our payment provider keeps billing records as required by tax law. Database backups roll over within a short period.

11. Your rights and choices

  • Access and portability — Settings → Account → Export your data downloads your profile, projects, posts, images, comments and other data you created as a zip file (from a desktop browser).
  • Correction — edit your profile, projects and posts at any time.
  • Deletion — Settings → Danger zone. Deletion has a 7-day grace period in which you can change your mind; after that your account, content and images are permanently removed (except the limited records described above). An active subscription is canceled when the account is deleted. If an account is banned for breaking our rules, a pending deletion request is put on hold so we can keep the records needed to handle the violation and any legal obligations; you can still ask us to delete your data by email, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Email — turn off optional emails in Settings → Email or with the unsubscribe link in any such email.
  • Visibility — make projects private, hide your follower lists, or leave HustlePage search in Settings → Privacy.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK or certain US states such as California), you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to object to or restrict certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Email support@hustle.page from the address on your account and we will respond within the time required by law (normally within one month). You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we don't track you across other websites or sell or share personal information, so there is nothing further to opt out of.

12. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited to the people who run HustlePage, and sensitive values are masked in logs. No service can be perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by law.

13. Children

HustlePage is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, or the higher minimum age required where you live (up to 16 in some EEA countries). We don't knowingly collect information from children below these ages; if you believe a child has created an account, contact support@hustle.page and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we will also let you know on HustlePage before they take effect.
