Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Welcome to HustlePage, a place to share your side hustles — your links, projects and progress updates, publicly or privately. These Terms explain the rules for using hustle.page and Premium. We've tried to keep them readable — please read them, because they form a binding agreement.

1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and HustlePage (“HustlePage”, “we”, “us”), the independently operated service at hustle.page. By creating an account or using HustlePage, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines and our Refund Policy, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use HustlePage.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live (up to 16 in some EEA countries). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use HustlePage only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with a Google account. One person may hold one account; accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity on your HustlePage account. Tell us at support@hustle.page if you think your account has been compromised.
- You may not use HustlePage if we have previously banned you, or create accounts to get around a restriction or ban.
3. Handles
- Your handle is your page address (hustle.page/yourhandle). It is a license to use a name on HustlePage, not property: handles can't be sold, traded or transferred, and some words are reserved.
- We may reclaim, change or reassign a handle that impersonates a person, brand or organisation, infringes a trademark, misleads others, is held only to block or resell it, or otherwise breaks these Terms. People and organisations who believe a handle or reserved name belongs to them can contact support@hustle.page.
- Shorter handles are a Premium feature. If your Premium ends while you have a handle shorter than the Free minimum, it is held for you for 60 days, and we will remind you before it expires. If you don't resubscribe within that period, the handle is released, your page moves to a default handle, and you can choose a new handle that meets the Free rules. Links to the old handle stop pointing to you and the old handle may be claimed by someone else.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post (“your content”). To run HustlePage, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example resize or compress images), display and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing HustlePage — including showing public content to visitors, in search and in link previews on other sites. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we keep as described in the Privacy Policy and content that others have already shared.
- You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it, including images and anything that features other people.
- Content in public projects is public. Figures you share — revenue, users, growth — are your own claims; we don't verify them, and nothing on HustlePage is financial, legal or investment advice.
- Don't post confidential information, personal data about others without their consent, or anything you aren't comfortable being public.
5. Community Guidelines and moderation
Everything you post must follow our Community Guidelines. Content is checked by automated systems and may be reviewed by people. We don't pre-screen everything and have no obligation to monitor content, but we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- refuse, hide or remove content;
- limit features of an account temporarily;
- suspend or permanently ban an account, including canceling any subscription it has.
If you think we got a decision wrong, you can request a manual review from the notice shown on the content, or contact support@hustle.page. See Appeals.
6. Acceptable use
When using HustlePage you must not:
- break the law or help others to do so;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-collect data or content, except search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt;
- use bots or automation to create accounts, post, follow, react or otherwise inflate activity;
- interfere with or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or get around rate limits, moderation or other protections;
- upload malware or link to phishing or malicious sites;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation;
- sell, rent or transfer accounts or handles.
If you find a security issue, please report it privately to support@hustle.page rather than testing it against other users.
8. Copyright, trademark and impersonation complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on HustlePage infringes your copyright, email support@hustle.page with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:
- your name and contact details (address, phone number or email);
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the HustlePage link(s) to the content you want removed;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
We review complete notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content and notify the person who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why, with your contact details and signature. We may share notices with the affected user. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated. Sending a knowingly false notice may make you liable for damages.
Trademark and impersonation complaints, including requests to claim a handle that represents you or your organisation, go to the same address. Please include the link, the right you hold or who you are, and proof where you can.
9. Third-party services and links
HustlePage relies on services such as Google sign-in and our payment provider, and users post links to other websites. We don't control third-party services or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Deleting your account and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel it; after that it can't be undone. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately without an automatic refund — if you think you're eligible for one, contact us before you delete (see the Refund Policy).
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if required by law, or if we stop operating HustlePage. Where reasonable we will tell you why. If we shut down the service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data, and refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses for copies already shared, disclaimers and limitations of liability) continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
HustlePage is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost — please keep your own copies using the data export. Content posted by users is theirs, not ours, and we don't endorse it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HustlePage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to HustlePage is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$50.
Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they apply to you only to the extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold HustlePage harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your content or your breach of these Terms or of law. This does not apply to consumers where the law doesn't allow it.
14. Changes to the service and these Terms
HustlePage is evolving and we may add, change or remove features. We may update these Terms; the version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one. For material changes we will let you know on HustlePage before they take effect. If you keep using HustlePage after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
15. Disputes and your rights as a consumer
If something goes wrong, please email support@hustle.page first — most problems can be resolved quickly that way, and we will try in good faith to do so within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live, including your right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws provide for it.
16. General
Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about HustlePage. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the service, provided your rights under these Terms are not reduced.
Language
These Terms are written in English; if we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
